OUR CONVERSION
On August 3rd, 2009, we made our conversion from a for-profit/stock bearing corporation to a non-profit /non-stock charitable organization. Although we will continue to provide the same "recycling services" to organizations as the means of funding our charitable contributions, now offering our services in all of the 50 states of the United States of America, we have made a firm and persevering determination to commit ourselves to the common good: that is to say, to the good of all, because we believe we are all really responsible for all.
WHY DID WE CONVERT?
The sole reason for our conversion from a for-profit to a non-profit organization is based on the solid conviction that what was hindering our full development was the desire for profit and a thirst for power structured within the for-profit sector. We have determined that these attitudes and structures are only conquered by acting with a diametrically opposed attitude: a commitment to the good of one's society with the readiness to lose oneself for the sake of society instead of exploiting society and to serve society instead of oppressing society for one's own private or personal advantage. It is precisely this understanding that prompted our conversion.
Since our conversion from for-profit to non-profit status, our goal to supply much needed charitable contributions to both noble and charitable organizations that are in need of funding. Funding, through both grants and or loans, will be offered to only those noble and charitable organizations who aim to better society through, goods and or services. No other organization that has ever or will ever deviate from this important aim will ever be considered for funding.
